As long as it is simply about vaccinations, everything is ok. Especially the veterinary assistants are very nice. However, when I had problems with my dog ​​with - for me as a loan - a cause that was not immediately recognizable, I was disappointed with the diagnosis and the subsequent handling. After two misdiagnoses and a serious diagnosis by a veterinarian abroad shortly afterwards, I was able to use the expertise of the veterinary practice Dr. Hague not satisfied. A misdiagnosis that could have led to serious damage to my four-legged friend had we not gone to the vet again. By this time he had a fever and severe inflammation. I was also treated unfriendly as a customer when an invoice - which I had already considered completed after consultation - was requested. People and especially doctors make mistakes, but not understanding them and then asking for money for them is not acceptable to me. Above all, it is about animal welfare and not about profit. Unfortunately I cannot make a recommendation and will go to a different vet in the future.
