I am the woman with the rabbit as written in the review in front of me. I think it's very outrageous to leave such a review here. 1. Did the lady not wait an hour she came after me and the treatment of my 2 did not take an hour. And 2. Is that a veterinarian, if you have to wait, that's just the way it is, but then to leave such a review is sad and then also to write that you have to set your priorities differently because the words are missing. I can only say that the entire team takes care of the animals and owners 100%. I can only recommend this practice and leave a big thank you to the whole team here.

Waiting time for the booked meeting = 1 hour Based on the great reviews, I decided to neuter my cat at this veterinary office. I made the castration appointment by phone. Since my cat was not yet known, I was asked to make an appointment. I found that very positive! I arrived at the practice 4 minutes after the agreed appointment, but at the same time with another customer who brought 2 rabbits for examination. After the previous customer had completed the treatment (a cat), the first thing to do was to invite the two rabbits to be examined in the practice. I had to wait outside for 1 hour until the two rabbits had been treated and “if you’re here anyway, cut your claws”. After that I should “get to know” my cat. 1 hour waiting time in the cold and rain, outside, for 3 minutes "getting to know each other" !? No, thank you: I expect a practice to know something like "time management" and to set priorities correctly. So if you can bring a lot of time, patience and small talk, this is the place for you!

We were there with our husky puppy, because of Corana our puppy was picked up in front of the door. We could watch what was going on through the window, everyone was very nice and empathetic.
