You have a lot of different magazines, cards, tobacco products and much more.
An absolute disaster. I often thought okay, everyone has a bad day. But it is almost the same every time this particular employee is there. I have never seen such unfriendliness and arrogance towards customers in any other lottery shop with a post office. I, my daughter, my husband with me, my father. All of them have been there independently in the past few days, weeks and months. And now definitely for the last time. An absolute disaster how to be treated there (by an employee who is unfortunately almost always there). Whether at the post office counter, playing the lottery or buying a magazine. Never ever again. We all avoid this branch and prefer to drive a few kilometers where you are ALWAYS treated friendly and normal without exception.
Was there today! Super nice employees! Helped me a lot with my e cigarette! Can the would-be steamer shop in the Hamburger Str. Really take an example drann !! Come again!
So if you go there and you should buy as a non-smoker for a Prevented cigarettes, and I did not know between two products, you did not respond to my questions as a customer and the seller then unceremoniously decides which cigarette I buy, then I think so unabashed and arrogant.
