Never experienced something unfriendly and arrogant and that also absolutely unfounded. Probably the Lord was dissatisfied with having to work on Fridays at 2pm. Not only to me he was unfriendly, but also went with appropriate attitude with the other customer vehicles and drove, for example, several times with about 10 km / h on the brake test system. A few meters further at the TÜV my request was no problem and was processed within 10 minutes. Real madness the man. Absolutely not recommended!
