The understanding and treatment of the ophthalmologist Sebastian Bäurle was competent and empathetic. He even apologized for not having time for us until 3 hours later because of an operation. Everyone understands emergency surgery, especially on the eye. Since we knew about this, we went back to the clinic 3 hours later. Only the recording did not understand our decision. That was unfortunate.
