We came to the hearing test with the referral from the ENT doctor with our 3 year old boy. When making appointments over the phone, it was said that it was imperative to make an appointment in the morning, since a large development test must also be taken and the child should be fit. We arrived on time for the appointment after 4.5 hours in the waiting area, the examination started, 4 minutes of hearing test and 5 minutes of medical consultation. The waiting time was almost unreasonable and incomprehensible for such a small child, ALL patients who came after us had already been treated, the complex development test was no longer mentioned, for us a totally incompetent and unstructured process !!!!

Completely overwhelmed when registering for inpatient admission to the eye clinic - although planned by the hospital itself in advance ("admission of the patient according to hospital letter at 8:30"). Several misinformation (also on the part of the porter) and after admission already by the hospital (!) We had to lead even the almost blind grandma for anesthesia interview and other stations of the recording ... Coming soon we have 13:15 clock and still wait, that already taken (!) Grandma through us their way to hospital. Here just feels "nobody responsible" and now "no one is there". I am writing this review because I know it quite differently! In this house belongs strongly trained and organisationally improved. People are only paid to optimize processes / processes - such a position should be filled here! Good leadership saves patients and employees a lot of work and nerves! I take the leadership here in the duty, because the employees are always only as good as the management allows ... Incidentally, I forgive the second star because I can not say anything negative about medical treatment so far.

Because of facial palsy, I was there for the infusion every day. Doctors and nurses were always friendly and smiled even in stressful situations. I have not yet fully recovered, but the doctors and nurses did everything to make the situation as comfortable as possible for every patient. Thanks for that. :)
