The most arrogant personnel i ve ever met in Germany! Two of those receptionists are just arrogant and before my reception a german dad and his son leave just so angrily then the receptionist just take it out on me

I have already written a few hundred reviews, but what I had to experience in this eye clinic can hardly be described in words! First of all, whenever possible, you should definitely look for another ophthalmologist's practice! At 7.30 am I was already sitting in the waiting room with around 10 chairs when the doors opened with 73 people aged 70 and over! According to information from the "Pensioners' Association" Hall daily waiting times are minimal 3 to 5 hours normal, with or without an appointment! The examination that follows is limited to about 5 minutes! Not to mention the unfriendly reception staff! I could probably add countless other negative points, which would go beyond the scope here. Conclusion and well-intentioned advice to all who need an ophthalmologist ... just don't take everyone else! With that in mind, I wish you the best of luck. Update from November 13th, 2020 At my last appointment (unfortunately) I arrived at 7.38 a.m. and left the practice at 12.48 p.m. !! I think there is no more to promise !! Fortunately, I have now found another practice! Thank God!!

It was the first time in the practice ... I got the appointment relatively promptly. The attending doctor was competent and friendly, there is nothing to complain about. However, you can complain about the guy (sorry for the expression) at reception, who completely lacks empathy and understanding for older people. How he deals with patients at times is the lowest level. He acts as if he were the head of the practice. Totally unsympathetic! Unfortunately, there is not much positive to say about the rest of the medical assistants. They look like a chaotic pile of chickens. It is also great that accompanying persons have to wait in the corridor in front of the practice ... because of Corona ... but in practice no one keeps the minimum distance. Seats are close together, the virus probably stops here.

Complete catastrophe. Waiting room rather resembles a concourse with 60 people. Assembly line handling, overall rather unfriendly. Only suitable for pensioners or persons with sufficient free time and missing daytime work. For the working population no sense and for "reward" for five hours wait and harsh clearance not even an AU bill.
