Friendly helpful staff small fine shop, I'll be happy to come back
So we were looking for engagement rings and the seller was very attentive and a great advice. Since we were in other stores, we could now say that the advice was very good. So would recommend the shop 👍🏻
We were there to change the battery of a clock. The whole thing should take 10min. Since we still had some things to do, we said that we would pick up the clock in an hour.
Of course, when we got back, nothing was ready yet. Rather, the seller / watchmaker then went back to change the battery. While we were waiting at the counter, the acquaintance / friend of the seller (who was already there when the watch was delivered) began to bore his nose with pleasure. The two meters away customers did not bother him. When he was done, he fished out a pair of scissors behind the counter and started cutting his fingernails until fingernail bits were everywhere on the counter.
Rarely had such a nasty jeweler visit. Fortunately, there are still shops in the city that do not expect their customers such a thing.
Very fast battery change for comparatively very favorable conditions (8-9 €) with friendly service. Gladly again.
