Great advice and great service.
I brought my chain there for repair. I was told that the store had a week off from the following day and that the cat was ready the following week. It took two weeks without me receiving a message. Then I called and was told it would take another week. At the end of the week I finally got the call that the chain is ready. When I wanted to pick it up, the store did not open (within its regular opening hours) - without any information. After a total of five weeks, I was finally able to pick up my chain.
We bought our beautiful wedding rings here. In the business, we immediately felt comfortable and were very satisfied with the selection and the advice. The staff were friendly, unobtrusive and in a good mood. The rings were ready to pick up quickly and are of high quality.
We ordered our wedding rings there. Very friendly service, detailed advice. The engraving can even take place in your own handwriting. Of course, there was also free coffee. I am very pleased.
