I have suffered from a neuralgic shoulder amyoteophy since 2012. I started the treatment here in the Viersen Rehabilitation Center (in Dülken) some time later. As the treating therapist got to know me before, the treatment was not a problem for you. The treatments were also not a problem for the few therapists who followed. 99 percent of the time I had the same therapist until the outbreak of Corona 2020. It was only after the Viersen Rehabilitation Center had closed in 2020 partly due to Covid19 that absolute chaos broke out there. After the reopening, well-known therapists were moved or assigned different times. From this point on, I should have a different therapist for each treatment, which is a major disadvantage for me. There are around 15-20 minutes available for a treatment. With every treatment I would have had to report my previous history, which would have taken too much treatment time. In the end, the diagnosis of my treating neurologist was questioned 100 percent by the Viersen Rehabilitation Center. Fixed dates were repeatedly canceled without feedback. E-mails to the management asking for a comment were completely ignored. The only letter I received from the Viersen Rehabilitation Center was an invoice without comment. Thank you for a few years of good treatment. I hope that this review will be read by the management of Reha Viersen and that they will give some thought to how to deal with patients.

The REHA Viersen apparently has no experience with a so-called hemiprosthesis as a replacement for a broken shoulder joint. A hemiprosthesis (one-piece, shaft with ball) is used when the shoulder roof has become too thin for an inverse prosthesis (two-piece) and there is no longer enough bone mass for screwing the hemisphere, which was the case for me. With a hemiprosthesis, you should not strain the joint, an abduction over 90 ° is contraindicated, says my surgeon. Both were done with my shoulder in the REHA, probably on the assumption that I would do something good for me. And, ignorance, I was quite taken with it. But the thin shoulder roof could have broken, the shoulder should have been stiffened. Fortunately, nothing is broken. I am not allowed to do the exercises for self-therapy recommended by REHA. Now I really hope that, after I have written this to the GF of REHA, doctors and therapists be informed / trained accordingly that this can no longer happen.

Was 4 times in the rehab Viersen / Dülken, would go there again and again. The doctors as well as the therapists were very satisfied every time
