Waited 6 (!) Weeks for the first appointment, only to be told that my two prescriptions were not taken into account when planning the appointment and that I would have to wait at least two more months to be treated. Fortunately, there are significantly more competent, smart and, above all, friendlier receptionists in other practices - bad luck if you rely on such staff.
