We ate at the kiosk and everything was great. Nice staff and the food was ready quickly. There were fries, burgers and nuggets and they were crispy and fresh.

We ate at the kiosk. The staff was gruff and didn't listen, which in the end resulted in two wrong meals out of three. Pasta with tomato sauce became Bolognese, which were absolutely watered down. The currywurst was ordered with fries and served with bread rolls. When asked, it was said that one should reorder. The currywurst was poured over me in a ready-made sauce that didn't really taste either. All in all, you should probably order a sausage on hand in the mountain zoo. Price and performance are not reasonable.

Absolutely unfriendly reaction, for very small portions of potato soup. Leaves a negative charm for an otherwise very nice zoo.

The kiosk on top of the mountain terraces is very good in terms of taste as well as the service and the operating staff ... maybe with 1 hour waiting time from 1.30 p.m. to 2.30 p.m. clearly too long The jungle café at the Alligatorhaus is extremely unsympathetic in terms of service, rugged and you lose your appetite due to the staff ... complete opposite to the niceness up on the mountain terraces. I will never queue there again, it's a shame about my 30min wait today.
