Wanted to make appointments in person at the store. Door was closed but employee was inside. No reaction from her side although she has gotten us. You can not make appointments over the telephone either because no-one ever answers

I have been a customer of Frau Richter since 2017 and have a nail modeling every 3-4 weeks. I am always very satisfied with the result. We often try new designs that vary depending on the season and my personal health, sometimes plain and flashy and striking. The durability is excellent and even extreme gardening does not bother the nails. They are so thin that it is not at all noticeable that they are artificial nails. Ms. Richter is very responsive to her customers and is always friendly and balanced, her studio is highly recommended.
