Absolutely unfriendly staff. I come myself from the sale and know what it's like when someone completes something online and then comes to the store and ask questions. But to be sent away with the statement they have booked online is just bad. With a bit of service in this case I would have been proven that it makes sense to go to this travel agency next time. But so I was in another travel agency which gave me an information despite online booking. That was service! Sorry you have screwed up to make an online customer through service to your customer !!!!!!!!!!
