Unfortunately we had a very bad experience in this travel agency today. We, a family of 4, wanted to book a trip. The lady in the travel agency was dealing with customers and the door was open. We waited in front of the Prisma travel agency. When the customers left the travel agency, the lady closed the door in front of us. My husband opened the door and asked if it was lunch break now? Unfortunately, we received a less than adequate response. How could we ask such a question ... We told the lady what we were looking for. Unfortunately, the employee was so annoyed that no advice was possible.
