I have been a loyal customer for about 20 years: my family and me. In a situation that is difficult for me, the two gentlemen from the office on the main road let me down and I am very disappointed in both. False advice, no alternatives shown, no work done and still cashed. I really did not expect that. Everyone who knows me from Halle and the surrounding area knows that I'm serious. So I was in the office for the last time.

Always gladly used for my Russian visas. Very friendly and quick service. Afterwards you can go shopping in the small magazine
