Rip off to the power of 5 ... no bill for services rendered ... simply throws a price into the space on the phone that can be traced back to zero ... repairs things that weren't broken in retrospect ... Gives "tip" at your own discretion from the customer's pocket without prior agreement or consent ... I will never use anything there again ...
