I have been a customer of Autodienst Halle Süd for many years and can absolutely recommend this workshop. You get great advice, even if you have absolutely no idea about the topic and don't feel like you are being ripped off. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable and I feel very safe there. Even in case of repairs, you can get help quickly.

I visited this workshop for the first time because my car could not go far after it was damaged. I was served quickly and as a layman, the explanation why my car was not going long was enough. When he told me I could pick up the car the next day at noon, I was thrilled. The fact that I was called early the next day at around 8 a.m. and I was supposed to come to the workshop showed me in retrospect that things were professional here. The repairs were stopped immediately because several defects were discovered. Many workshops would have simply installed the part and then just let me drive on. But the workshop pointed out to me that this is an economic total loss. You gave me the decision to either put a lot of money in or scrap it. I thought that was good. And I wasn't charged for the part they ordered. And the workshop helped me a lot to get my car as a spare parts donor. I will definitely use this workshop. Since the price already seemed fair and cheap to me at the beginning compared to the workshops I know. You don't have to follow recommendations. But a first visit to this workshop will certainly live up to my recommendation. Eventually
