Very nice and friendly staff who make an effort even when it is busy and stressful. Contrary to what some write here, the door will NOT be closed before the opening hours. Those who are in the shop by 6 p.m. will still receive their parcels and stamps. It should be understandable that not everyone who comes after 6pm is allowed in.

I'm served ... what kind of customer service is that. The door was closed on Saturday at 12:00 p.m. in front of the Nade. (After work) The ladies have not been able to find my parcels several times, and you are very unfriendly and sloppy. All I always go home to the village shop when I can.

Unfortunately, there are often long queues and you have to bring a lot of time. The staff is very friendly and tried hard.

Very unfriendly staff and not child-friendly - if you are unfriendly to adults OK, but my son got in line at the kiosk today and wanted to buy stickers, when a lady finally came over from the post office, she served a customer who came to the kiosk after my son came. NO-GO !!! If the packages didn't go there, I wouldn't go there.
