Unfortunately, the printing of shipping labels at the packing station only works sporadically, usually you then go back home with an unshipped package and non-printed, but canceled online parcel labels (since the package label will unfortunately no longer work in the shop or at other packing stations due to the incorrect printing). Unfortunately, several complaints were unsuccessful. Underground! At least the collection works ...

The printing of mailing labels is absolute Russian roulette. Sometimes it works, sometimes the packing station or the machine is empty. An absolute imposition.

Basically good that there is a second packing station in Nettetal. No. 110. The "old" is often full and you have to go to the "post office" (ha, ha). This new station is about 1km from the former packing station, is the joke of the week. I'm from Kaldenkirchen and drive 10 km and 10 hm back to pick up a package. A new packing station could have been built in Kaldenkirchen, Breyell, Hinsbeck, or Schaag. Shows how seriously DHL takes customer requests. Unfortunately, less than a star does not work.
