The store receives a star from me only because less is not possible.
I bought a used iPhone in this shop, which already showed errors after two days. Of course, I immediately went to the shop to complain, they wanted to tell me that I caused the error. I had to argue with the sellers for what felt like half an hour, and it was only when I got loud and made my displeasure clear in front of all the customers that I got my point. I had to point out to the seller, who spoke very poor German, that he had a guarantee.
Was really good.
Great repair service, my broken iPhone X was repaired in less than 1.5 hours. Price and explanations were immediately on site. I just strolled into the city and on the way back I was able to pick up my top-repaired phone. Thank you, that must be so !!

Today I had my completely fragmented I-Phone 6 display changed there. After an hour I was able to pick up my phone again and it looked like new. A protective film bought there was also immediately applied. Super nice, competent and customer-oriented service - and therefore absolutely recommendable. Thank you very much! 😊👍
