Thank you for the friendly and clean service! You were the only food place wearing masks in Halle Hauptbahnhof and following COVID rules to keep customers and employees safe. Friendly service too! Well done!!!!

Friendly staff, the food has a fair price. The speed at which the food was prepared was pleasant. Food tasted great but there was a small deduction because there was too much sauce on it although only a little sauce was said. But apart from that you really couldn't complain.

I am happy that our train station recently also has a subway. Very friendly staff, but MUCH TOO SLOW! I noticed it the first time, but it didn't bother me because I wasn't in a rush, but the second time I did because I had to catch a train. Actually I thought that 12 minutes between tram and train should be enough, especially since there was only one customer in front of me. He ordered 2 subs, one that was already in the oven when I arrived. After waiting 8 minutes, he was just paying, which is why I had to turn around and go to the train with a hungry stomach, as I couldn't imagine that he could finish my sub in the remaining 4-5 minutes. I'm not thrilled myself about it when the bosses whip their employees into a hustle and bustle, but a little more emphasis should be placed on processing orders quickly, especially if the location is a transit area like this train station.
