It’s ok here
Very slow service for a fast food
The good location and the Burger King chain in general, always very tasty and a very extensive range, also for vegetarians, should be positively emphasized.
Now to the criticism:
You wait a long time for your meal in this branch.
I always recommend checking whether you have received the right food (sometimes the wrong food is in)
The branch is simply too small for this location with the crowds.
The opening times could be better, especially since it is at the train station and there are always a lot of potential customers.
Products are missing from the order at least every second visit. I paid for it, it's on the receipt but not in the bag. Now it seems like a scam to me. As if they bet that you are already home when you notice it and don't go back. This is how you can make money as a BK.
Maybe I think too positively and the employees are not really that clever, but simply unbelievably incompetent. Either way ... a cheek and not a good image for the chain itself. Perhaps the branch should reconsider its recruitment skills. We are here in a student city. You can find enough competent workers who can even read and write thanks to the Abitur.
