Service below criticism has not changed even after the change of magazines !!!! These people from the office should send to Tuerkheim for training that they would learn the customer service, I will not mention associates of the same company. At the moment they are not suitable for servicing animals !!!! The guest of the small, bald office will only shoot off with full satisfaction for the impudent treatment of people like air, by him the customers about Finsterwalder are negative.
