Been there a lot. Although the cashier could have some attitude improvement. One time there’s a cashier , she obviously doubled one of my purchases, (2 beeping sound for one item) and hope I would ignore it? Luckily the boss handled it well at the end, gave me the change back politely. Last weak I was there using payback pay, I have to say my German is not very well, especially when people only say 1 word instead of a sentence. The cashier just keep saying “dran!dran!” very inpatient.... if she could say handy dran, then I would know to move my phone...just super awkward and just don’t know why she doesn’t like me and saying “tschüss“ very unwillingly...( I don’t know why, cause using mobile payment obviously replaced finding me changes when using cash, avoids trouble and corona at the same time) This is why secret shoppers should be foreigners😄.

A customer was shopping in the store without a mask and was not even approached by the cashier at the checkout. No importance is attached to hygiene and compliance with the mask requirement, unfortunately this has already been observed several times at this Rewe. I think the regulatory office should do a check here. Just find it reckless towards the other customers. Will avoid this market in the future.

Compliance with the hygiene measures is inadequate. After many years as a regular customer, I will not enter the shop for the time being because I do not feel adequately protected in the context of the pandemic, as the mask requirement is being implemented completely inconsistently.
