For the first time in my life I wanted to take a train from Halle Hbf. Then the route was already closed and the train was 30 minutes late. So to the travel center to ask what the fastest alternative would be. After waiting for 20 minutes, I gave up because at some point I wanted to go on the journey and arrive at my destination. So much for my first experience here.

It is first positive to count that you no longer have to pull the numbers. But the advice takes longer, you should plan properly time before departure before you go there. Unfortunately, the employees seem quite demotivated, but are friendly.

You can not have it in a hurry - so bring some time. Unfortunately, I also had a feeling that the employee actually had no desire to give me even more information. But always at the end of the day I had my tickets ... 😉
