The employee was very nice and friendly, certainly meant well with us. However, we did not meet our wishes. Departure airports and travel destinations were not noticed / accepted. So we went home with offers that we didn't notice. An app later helped us to dream vacation. Because of the nice reaction, I increase my rating to 3 stars for the nice employee. Maybe next time it will work.

I was the last one with the "boss" in the travel agency. She looked extremely demotivated and listless. You felt rather disturbed, as you would like to see. She didn't even introduce herself by name! You couldn't offer advice either. She only said "you could ask everything about the travel agent on site". Alternatively, the hotel did not know any of them and could not give recommendations. I would not recommend this travel agency to anyone and will not go there myself again !!!! Dear travel destination - where competent friendly help is offered.
