Competent consulting
I have to rate negative. Nobody answers the phone, despite opening hours. No answering machine switched. This is bad for tourists.
Whenever I go to the tourist information office as a woman from Halle, I am annoyed by the unfriendliness of the staff. Too bad, because the offer is very good and the activities of city marketing have improved enormously in recent years, which I am very pleased about. There are 5 stars for this.
