Polite and friendly inspector on site. Can recommend this test center. Appointments can also be booked online via the website

Yesterday had my first theory exam at the Dekra and unfortunately did not pass. No wonder at the noise. In an exam, it can not be that the examiner talks loud to others. It is very distracting when someone is constantly coming out and in. No wonder that you can not focus on the exam. Next time I will point out the examiner or get it with Oropax.

Online appointment agreed - confirmed by e-mail - really practical. However, if you are informed only on arrival that SUVs can not be tested because the hall is too low, it gets cheeky. An info on the website could annoy some customers with appointment less.
