I finished designing 3 calendars, put a lot of time and effort into it and then wanted to put them in the shopping cart - but nothing happened for minutes! Then I called customer service and explained the situation and was told that the calendars were not in stock and could not come in or be finished before Christmas! And on the side is advertised with "Order now: All products are guaranteed to come to the festival!" Just a cheek not to even write to the products beforehand that they are sold out or that they can no longer be finished before Christmas (with Christmas still 2 weeks away).

The indicated production time is not kept, customer service cannot help and also cannot give a date. Definitely not recommended if you are not flexible about dates.

The express delivery was not kept on the insured date. In addition, unfair reminders were sent for the express delivery costs, which we understandably did not pay because the deadline was not met. The company did not respond to several e-mails. The whole thing went on for the whole month until we were finally able to settle the bill after several e-mails and unnecessary expenditure of time.

For a week now I've been waiting for my canvas to be printed at all, although according to the order process it should have been delivered a long time ago. Actually, I wanted to change something about that, because an option is selected from the outset when ordering (mirrored border) that I had overlooked and would mess up my print. According to customer service, I couldn't change that because it was supposedly already in production. In my customer account I can see that it is not even printed yet. Only the third person who took on the problem helped and responded professionally. The first two contacts, on the other hand, were more of a customer defense than help with a problem.

I ordered a hardcover photo book via the app. It also arrived relatively quickly. The quality of the pages in the book and the images on them is very good in my opinion. Unfortunately, some of the independently created sentences on the pages were not complete, which was not previously visible in the app. Also about the other pages, which were left white, you were not informed in the app and thus you did not have the opportunity to remove them or possibly add a few pictures. The selection of the pictures did not work properly for me either. Once you had selected a number of images from the gallery, it was not possible to add further images at a later point in time.
