We went to the children's clinic with our son at the weekend because he had a rash on his back and we didn't want to wait until Monday. The doctor understood this, even if in retrospect it turned out to be harmless. So you feel in good hands. Thank you.

My husband was treated very well in various wards of the hospital due to illness. It's not a wellness hotel. The doctors, nurses and nurses do their utmost to make the patient's stay as comfortable as possible.

This hospital clearly reflects the decline of the German health care system. Incompetence and listlessness run through all departments here. Patients with the possibility to drive to another hospital in the area are strongly advised to do so.

We wanted to see our stepfather, who died that morning, again on Wednesday. The nurse from the M3 wanted to take us to the basement with the elevator to say goodbye. One floor below, a nurse with a patient bed came into the elevator and yelled at us that it was an operating theater elevator. Firstly, the sister was with us in the elevator and asked us to take it and secondly, our mother was only crying from the sudden death of her husband and is also disabled. You can only get to the basement via this elevator. The behavior did not work and was totally disrespectful.
