Edeka Schaaf has developed into a gourmet shop. You can lick your doorman on ...... and you could go shopping in another store. Today I wanted a clarifying discussion with the store management. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. The employee in question had already messed with another customer. When the market management was asked to do so, everything was pushed back to Corona and the employee was taken under protection. No insight, no reasonable conversation. My consequence, from Monday I will drive past EDEKA Schaaf. Happy Holiday

So far I have always been satisfied, but today I had a situation with the employee who unpacked the bread, who was very unfriendly to me. That's not how you treat customers, even if you have a bad day.

Unfortunately, very unfriendly to the customer, the machine did not accept my returnable bottles and the branch management just shrugged their shoulders. Vegetable greens are also not allowed to take with you.
