Trip canceled by the organizer, so you don't get the insurance fee back. One star is actually still too many.
I had ordered four tickets for the trip on 10.06.2019 online and had asked before booking by phone, if we come with a wheelchair on the ship. I was told that there are two small steps and the staff helps us. Well, unfortunately it was a false statement - there were four big steps and my 90 year old grandmother had to walk on the ship in pain. If I had known before, I would have made no booking.
I've been booking my vacation here for years.
Big and small travel dreams are fulfilled here.
I was given friendly and competent advice from the planning to the implementation of my wishes.
Whereby always made sure that you get the best bang for your buck and not just talked into a trip.
