I like personal contact and prefer people to machines. But I have to say that the handling in the last few years is very bad. Some employees are very rude, impatient, rush you and you don't have to expect advice. I clearly said which trip I would like to take and trusted that the man at the counter knew what he was doing. Well, end of the song, no he did not know it and the ticket said there was no exchange and there was no money back. There are more negative experiences, but that is just too much for a recession. There used to be a good consultant and it is a shame that they are simply replaced or terminated. More humanity would not be bad!

On a day like today (10.02.20) with Sturm sabine ... to close the doors 7 minutes earlier ... a cheek ... dimmed at 16.53 lights and doors closed ... with 3 people at least the help needed. That is bad...

The employees in there have zero motivation and that's what makes them feel like a customer. Working speed is underground, not clear with their own technology. Anyone who needs a ticket should definitely take the machine or book online and the DB should hold an employee training here again.
