Disastrous - One can tell they just want to bill you hours - they don´t answer emails or take them weeks or months - they messed up with the taxes so the finanzamt charged me when they shouldn´t have (income coming from a EU grant), they corrected it after the harm was done - Startup-unfriendly (they have no idea what a startup is). - They don´t know how to handle beyond mechanical things (for my questions they had to check the law, during the time they were charging me). - they tried to charge me too much and corrected it when I complained. - They have clearly a problem with moder communication - They do not want to help but to take your money - They don´t speak English.
