The best is zero stars, the car that has been promised is not given to you on site or you should suddenly pay more than what was agreed. Very unfriendly customers. Enterprise Bremerhaven is the purest dirty shop.

real criminals. I was only given a vague time for the handover and because I had filled up the car at the time (I was at the meeting point five minutes after the call but there was no waiting) then a fee of 35 euros for a failed handover was added. How can you be so stupid and badly organized?
