I had to give a car back and no one was there, I had to wait 30 min although they are supposed to be open... I almost missed my train... It was not the best service.

Great service, unfortunately the provider gave the wrong address and there were no signs on the street at the new address, so it took 45 minutes to find the right address. Info: Elbestraße is the right address :-) Car was great, handling was straightforward. Gladly again.

Car hire via ADAC at Avis booked. Booking was very easy and was also the cheapest offer. Instead of the rented small car, there was a considerably larger car for the same price. The transfer was absolutely easy, the billing uncomplicated. In addition very friendly and courteous staff.
