We went on vacation to Bremerhaven and just before the city we got problems with our car. When we entered the workshop, we were served nice and friendly and not sent away. We were able to pick up our car after two hours and are very satisfied with the service on site. Again and again, when we are there and there are problems with the car

Very bad service. After 500 € repair I was ordered at 3 degrees outside temperature to 12:30. Lunch break is probably from 12:15 to 13:00 clock. Despite repeated ringing / knocking and a clear line of sight to me, the door was closed !!! (no further garaging or the like available) At 13:02 the door was then opened a gap when "passing" without words. Since no in or similar came, I waited outside the door. A cheeky: "Do not you want to come in?!?" was the only thing that came. After I noted that you find this behavior cheeky and frivolous I was told that a lunch break was legally observed. An answer to the question: "Just open the door and leave me at least in the warm would not be possible?!?" I'm still waiting in vain. Furthermore, the bill had to be written which extended my stay again. (Cigarette after lunch break is otherwise in the bill) My trunk was on ReifenKit, first aid kit, etc. checked but not covered again but left in the trunk as a "bunch". My steering wheel was heavily soiled after the workshop stay. After brake disc and pad change no "braking" was performed or even mentioned. Just because of the service failure, this workshop is no longer an option for me.
