Boah..what a nasty shop 😁The one who is there to monitor everything smokes one after the other cigarette .. sits smugly with her coffee in her chair while the machines are beeping and then longing to be restarted. Doesn't care the customers are still greeted .. zero service .. zero friendliness .. AVOID THIS OPERATOR !!!

Absolute cheater hall !!!!!! Staff are friendly and polite but since the machines are definitely manipulated !!!! I have been there several times and have not tried a machine there but 6 different and no really no one has given !!! AND I'm not talking about 10 euros but always 300 or 400 and today even 600 euros left there and my biggest win was the use 40 euros ... people do not go into this hall every time I lost! Go to the Mercury Hall in the Hafenstr since I really had some big profits but zero chance 😩
