The website is very well structured with a lot of information and many products. It would be helpful to know when "unavailable" stones / jewelry, etc. are available again, or to put them at the end of the list (for the sake of clarity when scrolling). The order came quickly and well packed! Price-performance ratio is really great! Possibly. It would help beginners like me if they included a little guide to correct maintenance, or a note that links back to the website. I would and will order again if necessary

My questions about the gemstone were answered in a very friendly and competent manner, so that I could place my order directly. The homepage is very nice and clearly arranged. I received the delivery on the 3rd day of the order. Compliments, highly recommended.
