I've been annoyed several times that I couldn't find any staff there who could help me. Either they were too busy or they weren't too constant and unable to ask a colleague. As of today, this hardware store no longer exists for me. I wanted to get some little things quickly. Since I don't even live 500m from the Obi, I can walk there. Since I wanted to take my money and cell phone with me and somehow wanted to get the shopping home, I took my backpack with me. That was a very big mistake, because the backpack is not allowed in the shop. However, the lady at the reception was very overwhelmed when I asked where I should leave my money / cell phone. Can't carry it in my hand when I want to go shopping and I do. Leaving a backpack is not possible either, I guess I have to pay for the goods. But actually I have to say thank you, you can get the same goods at the Bauhaus with friendly advice and even cheaper

Really great, in front of the door there is a large sign "Only with shopping cart" in the store, customers WITHOUT a shopping cart are asked to checkout immediately. Offers according to the Internet available when they arrive in the market, everything is sold out. The sellers are all totally unfriendly. I will never come back !!!!!

There are far too few advisors. But Mr. Neubert helped us a lot and brought us to a decision.
