Sofa top / service flop We are absolutely satisfied with the sofa itself! The on-site service when ordering was also great, but everything that came afterwards was a mess ... On the day of delivery, the shipping company simply came a few hours before the time slot agreed with us. When I got home 30 minutes before the agreed time, I had a message on the tape. When I called the shipping company I was told that they were trying to deliver, but I was not at home. Meanwhile, the truck is no longer in Bremerhaven. There was neither an apology nor a sign of regret from the shipping company. A date 8 days later was suggested to us as the new delivery date. We then complained both to the store in Bremerhaven and to the headquarters in Holland. We were both referred to the shipping company ... 8 days later we got our sofa! This time the shipping company came after the agreed time window but at least the drivers were great nice and helpful. So it was the 1st and last time ...

Furniture purchased in January with very good advice. These should be delivered in March and we are still waiting for the furniture at the end of August. From time to time Rofra has other reasons why these are not delivered and the answers contradict each other. From an order number have become 3 and no one clarifies one. Emails are not answered. The forwarding agency already wanted to deliver 3 times, but says it off at short notice, because the furniture that was already forwarded long ago can not be found. Suddenly furniture is forwarded to the forwarding company, which has actually been forwarded for weeks. Rofra and the forwarding each refer to the other. Even by Mrs. Kelch we get no support. It is referred to the Netherlands. Bought - paid - no furniture - no one feels responsible. I can only warn you to order something there. Furniture has only partially been delivered and now everything has been delivered. In the end, efforts were made.
