Küchen Freckmann

First contact in the planning phase of a new kitchen, the first question was "which fronts do you want?" We came to Freckmann with the attitude to receive impressions and design options, fronts is pretty much the last thing I decide at the beginning of a kitchen planning! We had made an appointment, after about 10 minutes another customer came into the shop, the employee was alone with us. We were left sitting there, the other customer was spoken to / advised. We waited about 5 to 10 minutes for the employee, no one came. We then left the shop. Overall, a smooth 5 in terms of advice (which did not take place) and in dealing with customers. I cannot recommend this shop, there are certainly a lot of other shops that are more responsive to the customer and advise them and, above all, deal sensibly. Finally, a tip for the employee: Next time, please clean shoes (not necessarily trainers) and pants that are not covered with cracks (desired design of the pants). Because there is no second chance for a first impression!

Top advice from start to finish. Super flexible and uncomplicated. Small bugs or problems were fixed immediately without any discussion. Even if the on-site contact person is not there (was on vacation), the head office knew everything and we got the information we needed. As a customer, you have the feeling that you are still worth something. In contrast to the "big" houses in the area. If I had to buy a kitchen again tomorrow, I would definitely go to Mr. Büssing.

Completely satisfied, good advice enjoyed, the appointment was met perfectly and the kitchen was set up within two days. Subsequent changes (small scratches on a front / wall cabinet too low) were immediately reacted to and the defect was rectified without discussion. We recommend.

Mr. Büssing enabled us a very nice kitchen including top advice 2 years ago. We have had the same experience with my sister-in-law (thanks Mr. Büssing). If you want to buy a kitchen, you are in good hands here!
