The rating is in direct comparison with some of the Danish Bettenlager branches I know well, including in Bremerhaven Wulsdorf. Before we went shopping, I checked the availability of the surrounding branches in Bremerhaven. Our desired item should be available in the Schiffdorf-Spaden branch. A combination set of 2 upholstered chairs at a price of 199 €. As it is offered on the website! Well, the chairs were sufficient in the suburb, just as a combination set they don't want to sell to me. I should buy two single chairs for € 129, the young lady said. When asked why this is so, I am told that this offer has long been deleted from the website and that it is a network error. However, I was able to access and update this offer on the website in front of the employee. When I asked whether I would be offered a discount or a voucher, this was strictly refused. My needs and arguments were not addressed, they simply said you had strict instructions from the branch management, unfortunately this is not customer or solution-oriented.
