Absolute disaster !!! Unfortunately, we had an appointment today with Mrs. Stelljes, which did not happen at all !!! Service of the house is an absolute disaster: from interns to permanent employees !!! The staff are so naughty and arrogant !!!! That's just absolutely puke !!! So, as a customer, I NEVER experienced that you do not even greet your own customers. Employees pretend that they do not even see the people and are still annoyed when asked politely. Even if you have a fixed date, it is quite "NORMAL" for this wonderful law firm to let the customer wait for half an hour with the motto: "Well, that's the way it is NORMAL". Not only is this firm not to be recommended any further, but the staff can recommend training on what a client means and how to serve the clientele. In my experience, this firm is not recommended.
