For our wedding day, my parents gave us a 6-stemmed white orchid, beautifully decorated, in a glass pot. This arrangement cost 35 €. After a few days, the buds fell off, and the flowers and leaves went limp. I stripped the plant of any decoration and hoped that it would recover. I noticed an unpleasant smell from the orchid granulate. After 14 days I went to complain about the orchid. Since I love orchids and know how to care for them, it was clear to me from the start that it was not my fault. A saleswoman from Bütenreich did not take care of this matter. The boss was not there and I could come back again. Then I asked her to call me and tell me what the boss thought. However, she said it would be customary for the customer, in this case me, to go again. She would be sorry, but she couldn't offer me any replacement. And the boss would certainly not call me back. I left the plant there and made up my mind not to shop there anymore. At least one could have offered me a little "consolation". Very bad customer service

Just got there and received great advice. Very beautiful flowers. I have i.a. can buy beautiful lilies. My girlfriend is happy! Gladly again.

We had a beautiful arrangement made for our wedding car there and it just turned out beautifully. Everything was implemented exactly as we said it would. In addition, the employees are just friendly and very professional.
