Tourist Info & bicycle station Havenwelten

Today I tried to call every 5 minutes for about 1 hour to find out whether a bike with a child seat could be rented at the Hafeninsel location. Even before the first bell came the message that unfortunately all lines were busy. Meanwhile, I was on my way there too. Once there, 2 people sat bored at their PCs and did nothing. When I asked, they said they were busy and therefore didn't answer the phone. In addition, the child seats are already mothballed (mid-October). After I insisted that it was different on their website, they clarified it with a different point of view and also described the shortest route to me. All in all, unfortunately, a really sad testimony for a tourist information office - at least when it is occupied by the two people present today.

Very useful starting point for visitors. Here you can rent bikes (reserve e-bikes by telephone!), Buy tickets to avoid waiting times etc.

Friendly help for tourists ... unfortunately no more cash machine on site.

Very weak - Bremen rather whack

Friendly, competent staff, who fulfills the wishes with specific questions and takes the time to do so. This allowed us to fully enjoy the stay. Google can't do that :-) the tips were helpful too.
