Customer Bremerhaven Bus

My bus is 2 min. set off before departure. When I tried to describe my problems in a friendly manner in the customer center, I was NOT helped. Instead, I was turned on stupidly, constantly interrupted / not listened to, and I was accused of not being able to read the clock

Most of the time bus drivers are very, very unfriendly, some are even xenophobic. Often people just sit and wait at the bus stop for no reason or just stop and chat with people on the way. It's gotten a lot worse since the corona crisis. Always late, very rarely come on time and the employees in the customer center have no desire to answer questions, very unprofessional!

Are ok, it always depends on which employee you get.

Very very rude staff.

Unfriendly employees and what you pull off is a cheek. I come to work late every day because instead of driving you are talking to people or waiting for 5 minutes at a bus stop somewhere
