I first contacted me by phone and then by email. On both occasions I was treated very friendly and am pleasantly surprised after reading all the negative reviews. Within a day the friendly employee who communicated with me by mail solved my problem. I'm very grateful

Can only agree with most of them. Completely rude didn't even let you finish and wanted to get rid of you immediately.

If I could I would give 0 stars. Service simply not available. They can also switch off their phone right away. Staff was not helpful at all and very rude. If you don't feel like working, you should look for another job.

Only positive experiences over the years. Tax reimbursements usually within 14 days (however, on the whole I am a classic routine case), during the office hours always friendly and competent advice. Perhaps some critics should think of the saying "how to call into the forest .....".

There can be no stars for the FA West (had to click 1 star). No telephone availability, no callback, 19 months of slow processing. Personal visit not desired, only by certain people. No comparison with FA Do-Ost or FA. Aachen or even Cologne.
