This is a somewhat petite park, very flat, with a great view of the church tower and the river with ducks (and bats too, if you come at the right time). The paths can get quite muddy so I was glad to note today that they've re-gravelled them. At the right time of year there's a sea of daffodils. There used to be more trees on the wooded riverbank, but lots of them have been (needlessly?) chopped down. There's a simple fountain and pond on one end. At the other is the church, the museum and the relatively-new water playground (very popular with the kids) which features the usual swings and slides plus some basic exercise machines for the parents too. I guess you'll only want to visit the park itself on a warm day, or to marvel at the lighting in the evening.

Public medium-sized city park. Right next to a river. With a children's playground immediately adjacent to a piece of forest.

Very nice park, but sometimes dirty. Otherwise perfect for relaxing. However, very often there are the same people who drink beer or something similar, which limits you when you relax.

A great park to walk around. The fountain gives the park a certain touch. Church and museum can be seen in the background.
